It's hard to believe that a year has already flown by since I embarked on my journey as a Chimoney Ambassador. This past year, I've experienced a lot of growth, connected with amazing people from all corners of the globe, and also played a part in Chimoney's mission to make global payments easy and accessible for everyone.

Chimoney Ambassador Program
Chimoney Ambassador Program is an initiative to empower individuals around the world- regardless of their tech background to promote/advocate Chimoney's smart financial & gifting solutions.
As a Chimoney ambassador, you will get to closely and creatively collaborate with Chimoney's team to promote Chimoney activities and products while co-creating new ways to manage the Chimoney community and building your local community from the ground up.
My Ambassador Journey - Where It All Began
It all started with my contribution to the Chimoney open-source project during the 2022 Hacktoberfest program where I emerged as one of the top contributors and earned the privilege of having an exclusive meeting with the CEO of Chimoney- Uchi. It was during this meeting that I first learned about the Chimoney Ambassador program as I expressed my interest in making further contributions to the Chimoney project.
Fast forward to January 2023, when I received the exciting news that my application was successful – officially marking the start of my role as a Chimoney Ambassador!
My Experience So Far
Being a Chimoney ambassador has provided me with the opportunity to develop skills I've always wanted. From building and managing open-source projects to technical writing, documentation, content creation, and event planning, the role has been a rich learning experience.
